他們就一直跟我說雪人333和maxbet account是link的,
不能關也不能轉。

Hello Sir I already check your problem,SMALL MATTER its OK  now u can choose  lucky number For your id BUT our ID infront is Remain DRN3333***,u can choose LAST 3digit luckynumber to set as your MAXBET ID,your old MAXBET id must be credit 0,then u can contact us for created the NEW ID maxbet for you,but your SNOW333 id is remain...

From your reply you are still misunderstanding on what I want!

Maxbet ID is fine for me. What I want is close the SNOW333 ID then I will reopen the new account in SNOW333 then please transfer the Maxbet ID to my new SNOW333 ID. Is this clear enough on my request? You may refer to my very first conversation with your CS.
Anyway the unsatisfaction for me is not about whether I can open another account with you guys not. It is like your CS treat me as KNOW NOTHING and keep telling me your website account is link with Maxbet! Even I have tell them it is not they still insist they are correct. Okay then Customer is always stupid. =.=

Oh ok sir no problem we suspend your old SNOW333 ID,but u need to register  a new account in our website,so we will link your MAXBET ID to your NEW SNOW333 ID..
